Shipping and Delivery
Since 1971, Sunshine Supply has offered local delivery and free in-store pick-up to all our customers, regardless of order size. We pride ourselves on the ability to provide quick and dependable delivery services to most commercial and residential addresses in Southern California, Denver, CO, and Salt Lake City, UT areas. Most local deliveries within 50 miles can be scheduled the following day dependent upon material availability and delivery address restrictions. Please read below for more information and a list of the shipping and delivery options we offer for our web orders.
Hazardous Shipping
Orders containing hazardous materials that ship via UPS are subject to additional hazard fees per package. Please contact one of our customer service experts to ask about potential shipping estimates prior to placing your order. Hazardous materials cannot ship expedited via air travel and must ship Ground only.
Free Shipping Over $2,750
Free Ground shipping with code FREESHIPPING2750 from a Sunshine Supply location to the shipping destination for orders $2,750 or more, before taxes. Restrictions apply. This promotion cannot be stacked with other promotions, discounts, or special account pricing unless otherwise stated, and does not cover the cost to bring in back ordered materials from the manufacturer if factory direct is not available; in these cases, a freight charge may still apply. Promotion is subject to change at any time. Online use only.
LTL (less-than-truckload) Shipping
Sunshine Supply offers LTL shipping from a variety of trusted carriers for large, heavy, or bulk shipments. The typical estimated transit time for most LTL shipments is between 5-7 business days. LTL transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Optional LTL add-ons are available for an additional cost and include scheduled delivery appointments, consignee notification upon arrival, and lift-gate services for loading and off-loading.
- Oversized, Overweight, and Bulk Items - Items that are purchased in bulk or are over the UPS weight or size limit for Small Package shipments require palletizing and are shipped via an LTL carrier. For an LTL quote, please reach out to a Sunshine Supply representative prior to placing your order.
Shipping and Delivery Options
- Pick up in Store - Buy online, pick up for free at one of our many locations.
- Sunshine Delivery Vehicle - Local delivery serviced by Sunshine Supply; Free delivery if order is over $250.00 before taxes. Delivery address must be within 50 miles of a Sunshine Supply location to qualify. If your order amount does not qualify, a $25 fee can be added if truck shipping is still desired, and the location is still within the 50-mile limit.
- UPS Ground® - Cost-effective delivery in 1 to 5 days; economical choice for all routine shipments.
- Expedited Shipping - Expedited shipping options are available for most products, excluding hazardous items, overweight items, or oversized items. These options include UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air®. Please contact a Sunshine Supply representative to upgrade your order to expedited shipping.
